Quality & Process Specialist

The objective of this position is to focus on using statistics and data to improve processes. Quality & Process Specialist use quality to make product improvements. He/She should understand how to conduct audits, lead a team of auditors, and resolve audits. Quality & Process Specialist focus on attaining root from the entire area/suppliers. Quality & Process Specialist interact with Customers. When customers encounter product problems, these complaints are sent to Quality Assurance. Quality & Process Specialist uses 8D to coordinate the entire team to resolve the issue. The person will be responsible for communicating quality process specifications and expectations to all manufacturing areas. This involves coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, supervision and coordination of activities, execution of auditing processes and the ability to provide accurate and detailed instructions in both verbal and written form. In addition this position will be responsible for administration task in Quality Document System. Main tasks include: Audit operational processes to ensure compliance to control plan. Work with our company as well as our CPP's and trouble shoot to solve process or quality problems. Communicating with other departments and Customer as required. Preparation and management of all process documentation, and control plans. Reviewing and analysis data in our operational systems. General work to insure we are successfully meeting our goals and the customer's requirement. Functions as a contact/intermediary between clients, sales, and manufacturing providing availability as necessary. Reviews customer quality specifications for adherence to capabilities and with guidance provide production alternatives when necessary. Actively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge of division capabilities and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications and key attributes Must be fluent in English and in Hungarian University or College graduate (degrees in business / management or technical studies will be an asset) Previous customer service experience (preferably in manufacturing / technical environment) Experience with internal audit management (Internal Auditor Ceritificate) Strong complaint management knowledge (G8D, CAPA) Minimum 2 year of employment on a similar post in a manufacturing/technical environment is necessary Advantages: Experiences in FMEA, GMP, 5S Personal attributes: Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines, work unsupervised Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks Previous experience in process control, manufacturing, quality management and six sigma would be an asset.
